Additional Information

Registration Fee: £200 non-refundable.

Opening Hours: 7:30am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Fee Calculations: Based on 51 weeks per year (including public holidays).

Funding: Government funding (up to 15 or 30 hours) for 38 weeks is stretched across 51 weeks, so a maximum of 11.18 (15 hours) and 22.35 (30 hours).

Consumables Fee: £1.30 per hour, which include 3 meals a day, snacks, nappies, wipes, sun cream, and all activities.

To keep things simple, we include these charges in the full fee rate, providing an all inclusive rate for added convenience. Costs are applied according to the sessions attended.

For funded sessions, the Early Years Funding is intended to cover the cost of high-quality childcare and education only. To maintain our standard of service, we apply a voluntary consumables charge of £1.30 per funded hour to include all freshly prepared meals, snacks, nappies, wipes, and consumables.

While this charge is voluntary, it is essential for the provision of these additional services. Parents who choose to opt-out of this charge must provide their own consumables.

Ad hoc additional days will be charged at £105 a day or £60 a session for all age groups. These can be booked where sessions are available. This figure includes a small administration to this and will be subject to available staffing on the day that is requested.

Late collection fees: These will be charged at £15 for each 15 minutes.

Discounts: A 5% discount is applied for children attending a full 5 days. Additional discounts are available at 10% for siblings, applied to the oldest child. A further discount is available for children of nursery and St Paul’s school staff.

Unlike many nurseries, there is no minimum number of days and children can be booked in for 1 day or session a week if this is all that is required.

Tax-Free Childcare & Vouchers are accepted.
